Corsican clementines — sliced like an amber sun, they embody the entire island.

The Île de Beauté (Isle of Beauty) offers its clementines an unparalleled terroir: granite soils, sea breeze, and intense sunlight concentrate rare aromatic complexity in their thin skin — at once sweet, floral, and slightly spicy. Harvested between November and January, they are traditionally dried to fix this perfect balance between sweetness and Mediterranean vibrancy.

The art of tasting

Winter Gin & Tonic — a slice on the rim of the glass with rosemary and Timut pepper.
Christmas mulled wine — infused in the juice for a full-bodied and warm citrus fragrance.
Cheese platter — alongside Corsican sheep's cheese or mountain goat's cheese.
Artisan pastry — incorporated into a cream tart or citrus cake.
Winter table decoration — to create natural and fragrant centerpieces.

What makes it unique

Corsican Clementines — one of the most renowned citrus fruits of the Mediterranean
Thin and naturally sweet skin — without the bitterness of classic oranges
Respectful artisanal drying — preserved aroma and color
Dual use for cooking and decoration — beauty and flavor in one
No additives — total authenticity

Do dried clementines contain additives or added sugar?
