Your order is not accepted until The Originea has confirmed acceptance by email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or domestic use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Prices, discounts, and promotions may be modified without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in your confirmation email. SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office in Livron-sur-Drôme, France.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator CNPM Médiation Consommation (www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu), in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Before contacting the mediator, you must first have sent us a written complaint at contact@theoriginea.com.

SECTION 22 – MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these modifications.
