Apples, pears, peaches, apricots, and quinces are carefully harvested, then meticulously processed: washed, hand-sliced, and slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve their delicate texture, natural color, and original sweetness.

This collection offers a palette of warm and comforting flavors, where each fruit reveals a subtle identity, true to its terroir and the season.
