Place cards are made to measure once your order is confirmed. Allow 3 to 5 working days for production.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum number of pieces?

The standard pack contains 10 pieces, and the “1 piece” option lets you order individually. Add as many packs as you need: 10 packs = 100 names. There is no maximum — we handle orders for small dinners of 10 people as well as receptions of 300 guests.

How do I give you my names?

Three options: type them directly on the product page (one field per piece), e-mail us the list as plain text, or send it in an Excel file. For large orders, e-mail is the most convenient: just quote your order number. Production starts when we receive the list.

Can I order compound names (Marie-Lou, Jean-Baptiste...)?

For rendering and legibility reasons, we recommend a single first name per piece. For a compound name, each part is made on a separate piece. Contact us to discuss it according to your project.

Which writing styles are offered?

We offer 4 script calligraphy styles, from fine and elegant to generous. They are shown on the product page: choose Style 1, 2, 3 or 4 before adding to the cart.

Are the mirrors fragile?

Mirror acrylic is solid and resistant to everyday knocks. Avoid bending it or scratching it with hard objects. For safe transport, keep them in their bubble wrap until they are set out.

Can I use them as decoration after the ceremony?

Absolutely — it is often even hoped for! Guests often take them home as a keepsake. Mirror and acrylic pieces stay decorative for a long time, while wood develops a lovely patina over time.

How much notice should I allow before my event?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for production time (3–5 working days), preparation and delivery. For large orders (100+ pieces), contact us beforehand to secure your date.
