Gourmet gifts from Provence for Christmas
Partager
A gourmet gift from Provence pleases almost everyone: it is made for sharing, it takes up no space and it does not end up at the back of a cupboard. Artisanal dried fruit, a citrus powder or a cocktail blend works just as well as a hostess gift as under the tree.
Here are our ideas for every kind of person on your list, with a few tips for wrapping them without plastic.

Why give artisanal dried fruit?
Fruit dried slowly at low temperature keeps its colour, its flavour and much of its scent. It keeps for months, needs no refrigeration and travels well: an ideal gift to slip into a suitcase or post to family. Our fruit is sliced and dried in our workshop in the Drôme provençale, with no additives or preservatives.
For the aperitif and cheese lover
The Table d'Exception brings together a selection of dried fruit and citrus designed for festive tables: set it on a cheese board, next to the charcuterie or out for nibbling with drinks. To round it off, dried apples and dried pears from the Drôme go beautifully with goat's cheese or a blue.
For the cocktail lover
The Jardin Méditerranéen blend combines dried citrus, lavender and herbes de Provence: everything you need for a botanical gin and tonic or an infusion. Fleur d'Exception mixes dried fruit and flowers, to float on a glass of champagne or a rosé cocktail. Add some dried clementines to garnish glasses all winter.
For the baker
Citrus powders are dried zest ground to a powder, with no added sugar. Orange powder flavours shortbread, a Yule log or a hot chocolate; lemon powder lifts madeleines, crêpes and icings. A pinch is enough, and a small pouch lasts a long time.
For the natural decoration lover
Dried orange slices make a lovely gift with a reel of string and a note, ready to become a garland or decorate the tree. Our ideas are gathered in the article Dried oranges for Christmas: 8 natural decorating ideas.
Putting together a gourmet hamper
For a more generous gift, bring together three products that go well together: a dried fruit blend, a citrus powder and a pouch of clementines, for example. Add a card with an idea for using them, such as the mulled wine recipe from our article Mulled wine, hot chocolate and festive cocktails. For corporate gifts or bulk orders, write to us for a quote.

Wrapping without plastic
Kraft paper, jute twine, a dried orange slice and a sprig of rosemary: the wrapping becomes part of the gift, and everything can be recycled or composted. A glass jar filled with dried fruit also makes a lovely hostess gift that can be reused afterwards.
